SHIPPING/STORE POLICY

*For Domestic/International Shipping* After an order is placed, it can take up to 5 business days to process. 

 

*Please allow 5-10 business days to process wholesale orders.*

Delivery time is dependent on the shipping option of the clients choice. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed. Please be aware due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing high volume traffic and a massive delay in shipments.

*For International Shipping* Any duties and taxes due upon receipt of package will be paid by the buyer.  We are not responsible for any delays with customs. 
 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: JBS is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address listed on the order & are tracked to ensure delivery to the address provided. If your package shows delivered you must contact your local Usps courier to locate your package.

 

*If you received free shipping and your package was returned to us for any other reason outside of our wrongdoing, you will be refunded your order minus the shipping fee to send your package and the return shipping fee (if any)

All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
